This is how close we came to losing everything. Shot the afternoon of January 8th from our front yard, the entire Mandeville Canyon would have been lost had it not been for the heroism of the flying fire fighters and first responders during those crucial hours.


Dozens of our friends were not so lucky, and this includes families in both the Palisades and Altadena. That is why we decided to shift our professional focus from investment and alternative finance consulting to an area which we know well: single family real estate.


We are focused on providing Palisades property owners and market participants with property valuation insight, market intelligence and other services to help bring efficiency and transparency to the market. 


We are not brokers. We are not incentivized to convince anyone to buy, sell, or build any property.  


That said, if we can help a property owner or prospective buyer/investor make a more informed decision, then we will have done our job.

The fire that caused the loss of thousands of homes in the Palisades (and separately Altadena) has created an unprecedented market situation that has left property owners facing extraordinary challenges.


Whether to stay and rebuild, sell, or hold for the time being, every property owner needs an indication of what their property is worth today in order to make a more informed decision.


As we are experiencing a once-in-a-generation market dislocation, with potentially hundreds of similar properties on the market at the same time, it is more important than ever to understand the factors that add to (or detract from) the value of a lot.


Our expertise in financial analysis, models, and real estate has been enhanced with AI in order to create a multi-factor model to help value every lot in the Palisades burn area.


Note: we only work on burnt/vacant lots in the mapped area. We do not work on existing homes, or anything beyond the zone (no Topanga, Malibu, and limited Highlands/Castellammare).
