The Neighborhoods
The Alphabets
The Alphabet Streets were characterized by small-lot homes and walkable streets named after Methodist bishops from the early 20th century. This neighborhood offers a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere with close proximity to the Village. The "grid" and falt topography makes this neighborhood a walker's paradise and is a stroll way from the Village.
The boundaries are Bestor to the north, Chautauqua to the west, Drummond/Sunset to the south, and Sunset to the west.
The Huntington
The AAA / Blue-chip neighborhood of the Palisades, home to the largest most costly lots and homes. Rare views, but the main attraction here is wide open streets and extraordinary homes.
The boundaries are defined by Chautauqua (on the east/south), Corona del Mar to the west, winding around to the park and bound by Sunset on the north/western flanks.
